Administer the City's Records Management Program. Maintain the City's Municipal Code. Administer regulations relating to the Fair Political Practices Commission. Provide research and information services. Maintain a current directory of City boards, commissions and committees, their vacancies, and regular meeting dates. Agendas and Minutes: A complete City Council agenda and Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency agenda packet is available for review on the Thursday prior to the Council/Agency meeting in the City Clerk's Office, after 3 pm, and here: City Council Agendas and Minutes.
